It replaces the existing E80 profile roof tile at the mounting point and provides a stable, weather-resistant, and precisely fitting base for roof hooks or suitable mounting systems.
The sheet metal tile supports a clean execution of the roof skin in the area of solar fastening and helps to avoid typical problems such as broken, cut out, or permanently stressed clay and concrete roof tiles. This makes the PV sheet metal tile suitable for solar installers, roofers, and specialist companies, as well as experienced DIY enthusiasts who want to properly install a solar system on a tiled roof.
Its use is designed for fastening PV systems, solar thermal systems, and solar mounting systems. The item is not intended as a pure replacement tile without a mounting function.
Material & Processing
The PV sheet metal tile is made of aluminum and is designed for permanent outdoor use. Aluminum is corrosion-resistant, making it particularly suitable for applications on the roof. With dimensions of 400 × 235 mm and a weight of approx. 0.3 kg, the sheet metal tile is precisely matched to the profile.
The raw aluminum variant is supplied without a color coating. Colored variants such as anthracite or tile red receive a durable color coating. This is designed for outdoor use and ensures a UV-stable surface.
