Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.

If you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you take(s) possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email):

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back from you, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts (§ 312g (2) BGB):

• Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. individually cut or ordered components)
• Goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly
• Goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene where their seal has been removed after delivery
• Goods which are, after delivery, by their nature inseparably mixed with other items

Return of Goods

In the event of withdrawal, please return the goods to the following address:

• Please contact us before returning the goods at info@tiwi-trade.de so we can coordinate the return.
• Please include proof of your order (order number or order confirmation) with your return shipment.
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
• We recommend using insured shipping for returns, as you bear the burden of proof for dispatch until the goods are received by us.
