Withdrawing your entire order?That is handled under the statutory rules — without any deduction. Returning only part of your order? There is no entitlement to a partial return — however, we can offer a voluntary partial take-back after prior agreement (70 % refund, 30 % take-back deduction, you bear the return shipping costs). Please contact us before returning anything — details in our Terms (§ 3.3/3.4).
